Asylum Support for Legal Practitioners

This training provides both an overview of asylum support law and explores more detailed issues. Therefore it is suitable for practitioners with and without prior knowledge. It is designed for those who work in an organisation with a legal aid contract, and who already have experience in a related area of law (social welfare or immigration). Barristers are also welcome. The training is relevant for those who are interested in taking on asylum support judicial reviews and for those who simply want more knowledge so as to assist more fully their existing client base.
