In November 2009 the Draft Immigration Bill (Part 11) and a consultation paper entitled 'Reforming Asylum Support: Effective Support for those with Protection Needs' set out UKBA's proposals to change Asylum Support provision.
This Newsflash by ASAP focusses on the most serious changes being proposed to the support system and lists ASAP's concerns. The Newsflash considers the following:
