About ASAP
Asylum Support Appeals Project (ASAP) is a charity organisation which aims to end destitution of asylum seekers by defending their legal rights to food and shelter. We aim to ensure that asylum seekers have access to competent legal advice and representation concerning asylum support appeals. Many asylum seekers have no legal representative when they have appeal (oral) hearings. Asylum support appeals are appeals against UKBA's decision to refuse or stop support.
