Key points

  • The 'Home Office decision letter' is the letter which says you cannot have (or continue having) asylum support.
     
  • Make sure you send the Tribunal all pages of this letter with your Notice of Appeal form.
     
  • The Tribunal will accept photos or a scan of the letter and appeal form, if that is easier for you to send.
     
  • If you have not been sent a 'Home Office decision letter', but you have a letter from your housing manager saying you must leave your housing, you can send that to the Tribunal instead. Write on the appeal form (in Section 6) that you have not received a Home Office letter.
