ASAP is delighted to offer you our FREE eLearning modules:

Our modules are self-study courses that allows you the freedom to learn when and where you want. You have access to the course 24/7 for up to 18 months. Once you register you will have access to all of modules. You will have 6 months to commence the course and have 6 months access once you complete the course. Our E-learning modules include a range of learning activities to help you develop your understanding of asylum support.

Introduction to Asylum Support

This elearning course will give you an overview of the asylum support system in the UK.

You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 1.5 hours. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course and you will receive a certificate of completion.


Schedule 10 Support

By the end of this course you will have an understanding of Schedule 10 support and who can access this support.

You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 1 hour. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course and you will receive a certificate of completion.


Right of Appeal

This course explores the right of appeal under s103 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (IAA). By the end of this course you should know what HO decisions have a right of appeal under s103 IAA.

You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 1 hour. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course and you will receive a certificate of completion.


Asylum Support Appeals Support

This E-learning module includes a range of learning activities to help you develop your understanding of asylum support.

You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 1 hour. This course will give you the tools to help give advice to asylum seekers in the UK on when and how to appeal the refusal or discontinuation of asylum support. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion


Human Rights and Section 4 support

This eLearning module includes a range of learning activities to help you develop your understanding of eligibility for section 4 support under regulation 3(2)e.

This course is designed for those who have an understanding of asylum support. You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 1.5 hours. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course and you will receive a certificate of completion.


How to prove destitution

This course will take you through the legal definition of destitution. It examines the Home Office decision making process and is full of real life case studies and examples, as well as top tips for successful applications.

This course is designed for those who have an understanding of asylum support. You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 1.5 hours. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course and you will receive a certificate of completion.


Asylum Support for Survivors of Domestic Abuse

This course is designed to help you better support asylum seekers who have experienced domestic abuse and will give you an understanding of the Home Office's guidance "Domestic abuse: responding to reports of domestic abuse from asylum seekers".

This course is designed for those who have an understanding of asylum support. You can take the course at your own pace; it should take you approximately 2 hours. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of the course and you will receive a certificate of completion.
