Please note we cannot give legal advice over the phone.
We are not always able to help everyone who refers to us. We will contact you 4 working days before the hearing to inform you whether we can represent you. If your appeal is going to be decided on the papers (without a hearing in front of the judge) then unfortunately we will not be able to represent you. This is because we currently do not have capacity to assist with paper appeals.
Please be aware that we are unable to help you to make the appeal or prepare for it, if you need to find an adviser who can help you, please look for an advice agency near where you live.
