What we do:
Use this tool to complete your appeal form. It guides you through each question, explains what each question means, and helps you write clear answers. It puts your answers into the correct sections of the form, then lets you download the completed form to send to the Asylum Support Tribunal. Start here if your asylum support has just been refused or stopped and you need to submit your appeal.
These guides help you understand what happens after you submit your appeal, and how to prepare for your hearing. They cover how the appeal process works, how to respond to questions from the tribunal (called the Directions Notice), how to prepare your case, and what happens on the day of your hearing.
Once you have submitted your appeal ASAP may be able to represent you at your tribunal hearing. This means an ASAP advocate will speak for you on the day. We represent you for free, and we are confidential and independent. We do not provide immigration advice. We cannot help you fill in your appeal form (use the online helper for this) or help you respond to the Directions Notice (use the guides for this).
